משביע אני עליכם מצוה אני עליכם אוסרכם אני הרי אלו חייבין בשמים ובארץ הרי אילו פטורין באל"ף דל"ת ביו"ד ה"א בשדי בצבאות בחנון ורחום בארך אפים ורב חסד ובכל הכינויים הרי זה חייב המקלל בכולן חייב דברי ר"מ וחכמים פוטרין המקלל אביו ואמו בכולן חייב דברי ר"מ וחכמים פוטרין המקלל עצמו וחבירו בכולן עובר בלא תעשה יככה אלהי' כן יככה אלהים זו היא אלה הכתובה בתורה אל יככה יברכך וייטיב לך ר"מ מחייב ור' יהודה פוטר:

He who collects Peah and says: “Behold, this is for such-and-such poor man” - Rabbi Eliezer says: He acquired it for him; the Sages say: He must give it to the first poor person that he finds. The Leket, the Shikhechah, and the Peah of a non-Jew are obligated in tithes unless he abandons them.
