אוסר הגורן]. תיפתר שהקדימו בשיבלין. דאמר רבי אבהו בשם ר"ש בן לקיש מעשר ראשון שהקדימו בשיבלין פטור מתרומה גדולה: ניקנין במחובר לקרקע. דכתיב (במדבר יח) בכורי כל אשר בארצם: עושה אדם כל שדהו ביכורים. דכתיב (שמות כג) ראשית בכורי אדמתך: וטעונין קרבן. נאמר כאן שמחה ונאמר להלן שמחה מה שמחה שנאמר להלן שלמים אף כאן שלמים: ושיר. נאמר כאן שיר ונאמר להלן (יחזקאל לג) והנך להם כשיר עגבים: ותנופה. דכתיב (דברים כו) ולקח הכהן הטנא מידך והניחו לרבות הבכורים שטעונין תנופה כר' ליעזר בן יעקב: ולינה. דכתיב (דברים טז) ופנית בבוקר והלכת לאהליך הא כל פינות שאת פונה לא יהו אלא בבוקר. אמר רבי יונה הדא דאת אמר כשאין עמהן קרבן אבל יש עמהן קרבן בלא כך טעון לינה מחמת הקרבן: ר' יונה אמר רבי מיישא וחד מן רבנין חד מינהון אמר זאת אומרת שהפירות הטמאים חייבין בביכורים וחרנה אמר מעשר ראשון שהקדימו בשיבלין פטור מתרומה גדולה:

the Holy One of Blessing said: if you give Me your heart and your eyes I will know that you are Mine.

אתרוג שוה לאילן בשלשה דרכים ולירק בדרך אחד. שוה לאילן בערלה וברבעי ובשביעית. ולירק שבשעת לקיטתו עישורו דברי רבן גמליאל. רבי ליעזר אומר שוה לאילן לכל דבר:

[8] “Don’t steal” = “you will have an ample harvest” – and not the harvest of your friend;

אם לאילן למה לירק אם לירק למה לאילן. תמן אמרי נכנס מששית לשביעית הרי הוא לבעלין כאילן ופטור

[9] “Don’t bear false witness against your fellow” = “I am the Lord your God”. And it is written (Jer. 10:10) 'But Ad-nai G-d is Truth' [He is the living G-d, and the everlasting King; at His wrath the earth trembles, and the nations are not able to abide His indignation.] What is 'Truth'? Said Rabbi Abun that 'He is the living G-d and the everlasting King'. Said Rabbi Levi - the Holy One of Blessing said if you witness falsely against your neighbor I consider you as if you witnessed that I did not create the Heaven and the Earth. [10] “Do not covet your fellow’s house” = “On the doorposts of your house” – your house and not on your friend’s house. The Mishnah teaches: 'The appointed [priest] said to them: Bless one blessing [before the Shema] and they blessed.' What did they bless?Rav Matana said in the name of Shmuel: this is the blessing of the Torah. 'And they read the Ten Commandments, the Shema, Vehayah im shamoa and vayiomer. Rabi Ami in the name of Rabi Levi (?): this teaches that the blessings do not prevent [one from saying the Shema].
