אית כאן כרבי יוסי בי רבי יהודה אמר רבי שמואל בר אבודמא אפי' תימא אית כאן כר' יוסי בי ר' יהודה ולא קטן הוא ואם לבנו ייעדנה לדעת ר' יוחנן אמר מייעדה בין לבנו גדול בין לבנו קטן בין לדעת בין שלא לדעת רשב"ל אמר אינו מייעדה אלא לבנו גדול ובלבד לדעת בן תשע שנים ויום אחד עושה אלמנה לכהן גדול גרושה וחלוצה לכהן הדיוט על דעתיה דרשב"ל דו פתר לה בנישואין תהא פטורה מן החליצה ומן הייבום ותנינן נשא אשה ומת הרי זו פטורה אמר רבי אבון אתייא דרשב"ל כרבי יוסי בי רבי יודה דתני בן תשע שנים ויום אחד ועד בן שתים עשרה שנים ויום אחד שהביא שתי שערות הרי זו שומא ר' יסוי בי רבי יהודה אומר הרי אילו סימנין רבי יעקב בי רבי בון בשם רבי יוסי בן חנינה והן שעמדו בו בשעת סימנין רבי יוסי בעי עמדו בו בשעת סימנין למפריעו הוא נעשה איש או מיכן ולבא א"ל רבי אבון פשיטא ליה למפריעו הוא נעשה איש כל שכן לבא דו פתר ליה הדא דרשב"ל כר' יוסי בי רבי יודה ולמה לית רבי יוסי פתר הדא דרשב"ל כר' יוסי בי ר' יהודה אמר רבי מנא דהוא צריכה ליה ר' יוסי בעי קומי עמדו בו בשעת סימנין למפריעו הוא נעשה איש או מיכן ולבא ניחא אלמנה וגרושה תיפתר שבא עליה משהגדיל נתן לה גט חליצה תיפתר שבא עליה ומת וחלצו לה אחים ועל ידם היא נעשית חלוצה מעתה אפילו פחות מבן תשע א"ר שמואל בר אבודמא וכיני אלא בגין דתני כולהון תשע תנא אוף הדא עמהון רבי יהודה בן פזי בשם רבי יהושע בן לוי מאחז למד ר' יוסי בי ר' יהודה דתני אחז הוליד בן תשע והרן בן שש

the Holy One of Blessing said: if you give Me your heart and your eyes I will know that you are Mine. [8] “Don’t steal” = “you will have an ample harvest” – and not the harvest of your friend; [9] “Don’t bear false witness against your fellow” = “I am the Lord your God”. And it is written (Jer. 10:10) 'But Ad-nai G-d is Truth' [He is the living G-d, and the everlasting King; at His wrath the earth trembles, and the nations are not able to abide His indignation.] What is 'Truth'? Said Rabbi Abun that 'He is the living G-d and the everlasting King'. Said Rabbi Levi - the Holy One of Blessing said if you witness falsely against your neighbor I consider you as if you witnessed that I did not create the Heaven and the Earth. [10] “Do not covet your fellow’s house” = “On the doorposts of your house” – your house and not on your friend’s house. The Mishnah teaches: 'The appointed [priest] said to them: Bless one blessing [before the Shema] and they blessed.' What did they bless?Rav Matana said in the name of Shmuel: this is the blessing of the Torah. 'And they read the Ten Commandments, the Shema, Vehayah im shamoa and vayiomer. Rabi Ami in the name of Rabi Levi (?): this teaches that the blessings do not prevent [one from saying the Shema].
