שהן בכורים לכל וכל הקודם את חבירו חבירו מתחייב בו מתני' דבית שמאי הוא דבית שמאי אומרים הפקר עניים הפקר ואתייא דרבי עקיבה כחניות דבית חנן דתני למה חרבו חניות דבני חנן ג' שנים קודם שחרב ב"ה שהיו מוציאין פירותיהן מן המעשרות דהוויון דרשי' עשר תעשר פרט ללוקח ואכלה פרט למוכר א"ר יוחנן קנס קנסו להן שלא יהיו קופצין לגיתות ולגרנות טבח כהן חברייא בשם ריב"ל פטור לו שבת אחת א"ר יוסי אזלית לדרומא ושמעית ר' חנן אבוי דר"ש בשם ריב"ל פטר ליה שבת אחת ר' יודן מדמי ליה להדא קנס קנסו להן א"ל רב יוסף ואי משום קנס אפילו שבת א' לא יפטור ליה חנווני כהן ר' יודן אמר פוטרים לו שבת א' ר' יוסי אמר אין פוטרים לו שבת א' ע"ד דר' יוסי מן בין חנווני לטבח חנווני יכול להערים טבח אינו יכול להערים תני לא נחלקו רבי ור' יהודא הנשיא על הלוקח פירות מחוברים מן הגוי שהן חייבין במעשרות ועל של ישראל שנכנס תחתיו ועל הלוקח פירות תלושים מן הגוי שהן פטורות מן המעשרות על מה נחלקו על הלוקח פירות תלושין מחבירו בשנת מעשר עני ר' יהודא הנשיא אומר אחד עני ואחד עשיר מוציאין מידו ורבי אומר עשיר מוציאין מידו עני אין מוציאין מידו מ"ט דר"י הנשיא כשם שאין אדם זוכה בלקט שכחה ופיאה שלו כך לא יזכה במעשר עני שלו מ"ט דרבי לקט שכחה ופיאה אין טובלין מעשר עני טובל וכבר נטבל עד שהוא ברשותו של ראשון מ"ט דר"י הנשיא משום קנס ומ"ט דרבי עשיר יש בידו ליקח עני אין בידו ליקח ור"י הנשיא אומר מצוי הוא ללות ורבי אומר אינו מצוי ללות:

the Holy One of Blessing said: if you give Me your heart and your eyes I will know that you are Mine. [8] “Don’t steal” = “you will have an ample harvest” – and not the harvest of your friend; [9] “Don’t bear false witness against your fellow” = “I am the Lord your God”. Said Rabbi Levi - the Holy One of Blessing said if you witness falsely against your neighbor I consider you as if you witnessed that I did not create the Heaven and the Earth. [10] “Do not covet your fellow’s house” = “On the doorposts of your house” – your house and not on your friend’s house. The Mishnah teaches: 'The appointed [priest] said to them: Bless one blessing [before the Shema] and they blessed.' What did they bless?Rav Matana said in the name of Shmuel: this is the blessing of the Torah. 'And they read the Ten Commandments, the Shema, Vehayah im shamoa and vayiomer. Rabi Ami in the name of Rabi Levi (?): this teaches that the blessings do not prevent [one from saying the Shema].
