היתה מעוברת אמרו לה מה טיבו של עובר זה מאיש פלוני וכהן הוא רבן גמליאל ורבי אליעזר אומרי' נאמנת ור' יהושע אומר לא מפיה אנו חיין אלא הרי זו בחזקת מעוברת מנתין וממזר עד שתביא ראייה לדבריה:
